Our typical cuisine

In our traditional cuisine restaurant we believe a lot in territoriality and we are proud of it! That's why our typical dishes from Lazio, especially those from Ciociaria, will make you feel at home. Our cuisine is characterized by the careful care and selection of products: no palm, palmito or rapeseed vegetable oils. We use only extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil, along with pink salt from the Himalayas. We also offer International vegetarian and vegan cuisine with products at Km 0 and Bio. The famous Fiuggi water from our springs is the official water of the Hotel.
